Urbis Build Ltd - Refurbishment to the Robinson’s Building of 100 one & two bedroom apartments

Works carried out:

• Endele DPM, vapour barrier and Endele insulation to the vertical and mansard section of the main roof with a 125x50mm timber at every junction to provide a fixing for zinc cladding
• Timber studwork, plywood, Endele DPM, vapour barrier and Endele insulation to the oculus @ 500mm sections to form the Oculus
• Mezzanine floors to levels 1 & 2 (joist and chipboard flooring)
• Installation of Velux Cabrio Balcony System
• Installation of velfac patio doors
• Forming of the atrium with floor joist and chipboard flooring
• 1st fix, stairs, acoustic floors, pattress boards, window boards, door linings, external door frames, noggins, SVP ductings
• 2nd fix, doors, architraves, doorstops, skirting boards, sanitary ware pipe boxing, mop stick handrail, oak floors
• Final fix, ironmongery, floor stops, lever handles on rose, mortise latches, night latches, spy holes, over head door closers, dead locks, push plates, kick plates, D handles, flush bolts, hanging rails, bath panels, shower plinths
