Dean & Dyball – Development of 5 steel frame retail stores

Works carried out:

• 1st fix, machining and installing window boards, timber framework to steelwork, timber framework to form false ceilings
• Dressing various steel and block work with medium density fibre board and glasroc sheets for fire protection
• Fitting of insulated king span panels and flashing to the front elevation of the stores to create a background for the store signage
• 2nd fix, slatted shelves, inner crocodile stair strings to concrete stairs, pipe boxing, skirting boards
• Final fix, baby changing unit, mirrors, window handles, signs, vents
