Works carried out:

• All temporary site works as requested by the management team as the project progressed
• First fix, scribing and fixing 250-500mm MDF window boards to the external walls of the building to suit the curve of the building and rotundas, fitting of temporary plywood door linings to blockwork doorways to form an edge for the plastering ready to receive finished door sets, machining and fixing of removable service pit covers, fitting of timber grounds to receive beech capping
• Second fix, fixing beech leaderflush Shapland door sets & side screens, beech architraves, beech glazing beads, ash & beech skirting boards, beech timber capping to the atrium & balustrades to terraces, machining MDF & beech crocodile stair strings to the inner section of stairs to create a continuous inner stair string
• Installation of fitted kitchens to tea station areas
• Machining of 900mm wide laminated worktop to 600mm wide to form the curve of the rotundas cutting in ten section angles ranging from 14-18 degree cuts, fixing on 50mm x 50mm timber baton and chrome worktop support legs
• Final fix , ironmongery, floor stops, lever handles on rose, mortise latches, mortise locks, night latches, striking plate for Salto lock, escutcheon plates, indicator & turn, profile cylinder & turn, door pivot set, Dorma double action floor springs, overhead door closers, push plates, kick plates, D handles, flush bolts, easy clean sockets, door stop emergency release, door signs, grab rails, hat & coat hooks, fitting of Pendock boxing, white boards
